This all started after a visit to NOPI - the wonderful new restaurant by the guys behind my other favourite in London, Ottolenghi. The interiors were all about the contrast of this warm gold in lamps that hung above the ceilings, against the glossy white tiled walls, and touches of lemon yellow surrounding the place. I could not stop raving about the look of the place, and the excellent food - which is why we've been back 3 times in the last 2 months ! I'll post more on the food next time...

We found this burnished metal ring that would be perfect from day to night. It's got a lot of character, from the antique finish, whilst keeping a modern feel with the play on gold and silver colours. Check out the Athena Ring at My Luxebelle shop
