"Inspiration Dior" at the Pushkin Museum via WWD

2012 is set to be another year of fantastic new fashion exhibits in museums worldwide. Read on to see the upcoming shows you must see for the year!

Last year's line up proved to be a big hit from Moscow (Dior) to NY (McQueen) to Beijing (Chanel). In London, we had the V&A's Yohji Yamamoto retrospective which showcased his work over the last 40 years - and some fun accessories you could buy at the museum store afterwards. Here are some that we can look forward to in 2012:

• Netherlands - Azzedine Alaïa at the Groninger Museum (until May)
• London - Christian Louboutin at the Design Museum (March)
• Paris - Marc Jacobs Louis Vuitton at Les Arts Décoratifs (March)
• New York - Prada and Schiaparelli at the MET (May)

Now the question I'm dying to know the answer to: When will the McQueen Savage Beauty exhibit come home to London ??
